Criminal Litigation

Through our many years of experience we are only too aware of how stressful going to the Police Station or Court can be.

You as our client are the focus of our work.  We will discuss all aspects of your case with you and ensure that you are fully advised on the law, evidence and procedure.

If you wish us to speak to your family members or a friend that may be supporting you then we are happy to do that with your permission.   We will do our very best to ensure that you fully understand what is happening on your case at every stage.

We have extensive experience of dealing with all types of criminal offences including Murder, Manslaughter, GBH, ABH, Public Order Offences, Rape and Sexual Offences, possession of indecent images as well as offences of dishonesty.

Police Station

Advice and Assistance at the Police Station is always free of charge whether you are under arrest or attending the Police Station as a Volunteer. Representation is also free where the interview takes place away from the Police Station (e.g. home/hospital) providing there is a Police Officer present.

There are other agencies like the HSE Trading Standards and the DWP who also conduct interviews under caution. Not all of these interviews would qualify for free advice and assistance, but it is still important to secure representation.  We can advise you as to the availability of Legal Aid in such circumstances or discuss fixed fees for representation.

Do not be interviewed without having the benefit of specialist advice from an experienced Criminal Lawyer.

We cover all Police Stations in the South West of England or further afield if required.

There is no such thing as a "friendly chat" with the Police or other Regulatory Investigator.  Mistakes can be made and cases damaged by things said in Police interviews or other interviews under caution without the benefit of legal advice.  Our job is to protect your position in interview to ensure that you receive the best possible outcome.  You can be sure that if you instruct us to represent you your lawyer will be highly experienced in representing individuals in the Police Station and in interviews under caution.

If you are contacted by the Police, or any other agency, in relation to a voluntary interview we are happy to assist in making arrangements to attend without any cost to you.  Simply call our office and we will discuss this with you further.  We appreciate that dealing with the Police or other Investigators can be very stressful and we can help you through the process.

We have specialists available to provide this service 24/7.

Magistrates’ Court

If you have been charged and bailed by the Police to attend Court or have received a Postal Requisition through the post with a Court date then please call us for a free initial consultation.

We know that can going to Court can be a stressful and worrying time for you.  We will guide you through the process and ensure that you receive expert advice tailored to your individual case.

We will also be able to advise you on funding options. If you are eligible for Legal Aid then we will be able to assist you with the application.  If you are not eligible then we can discuss all other ways of funding your case.

Crown Court

If your case is sent to the Crown Court to be dealt with there we will ensure that you receive the best possible representation and that your case is fully prepared by an experienced criminal defence lawyer.

We pride ourselves on the quality of service we give to all of our clients and work with the some of the best and most highly regarded Barristers and Experts in the Country.

You can be sure that your case will be thoroughly prepared and that a proactive approach will be taken in relation to your case whether it be a guilty plea or a not guilty plea to ensure the best possible outcome for you.
