Police Station/Interviews Under Caution

Advice and Assistance at the Police Station is always free of charge whether you are under arrest or attending the Police Station as a Volunteer. Representation is also free where the interview takes place away from the Police Station (e.g. home/hospital) providing there is a Police Officer present.

There are other agencies like the HSE Trading Standards and the DWP who also conduct interviews under caution. Not all of these interviews would qualify for free advice and assistance, but it is still important to secure representation.  We can advise you as to the availability of Legal Aid in such circumstances or discuss fixed fees for representation. 

Do not be interviewed without having the benefit of specialist advice from an experienced Criminal Lawyer.

We cover all Police Stations in the South West of England or further afield if required. 

There is no such thing as a "friendly chat" with the Police or other Regulatory Investigator.  Mistakes can be made and cases damaged by things said in Police interviews or other interviews under caution without the benefit of legal advice.  Our job is to protect your position in interview to ensure that you receive the best possible outcome.  You can be sure that if you instruct us to represent you your lawyer will be highly experienced in representing individuals in the Police Station and in interviews under caution.
