If you have had your Firearms or Shotguns seized and your licence revoked, then we can advise you on this. 

You can Appeal the decision to revoke your licence to the Crown Court but you must do so within 21 days of receiving notification of the revocation. 

We can advise you on the processes and procedures.  We can draft and file the Notice of Appeal and communicate with the Police and Courts on your behalf.

We can also advise you on what evidence needs to be obtained to support your appeal and help you with gathering that evidence.  We can represent you at the Appeal hearing.
