Football Banning Orders

If you have been made the subject of a Football Banning Order and wish to apply for it to be ended early, we can assist you with that.

You can apply to the Court for the Order to be brought to an end after two thirds of the order has been completed e.g., an application can be made to the Court after 2 years if a 3 year order was made.

We can engage with the Police, CPS and Court on your behalf in advance of any Court hearing and represent you at that hearing.  We can advise you on what information you need to obtain to present to the Court to give you the best possible chance of being successful in the application.

We can advise and represent you in relation to any football related offences and offer advice in relation to any aspect of your Football Banning Order if one has already been made.
